Reverse Air Collectors / Filters
Reverse air collectors are categorized by their unique reverse air flow methodology to remove dust cake build up. The two styles are Intermittent and Continuously cleaned. Both methods use a reverse gas flow to assure proper cleaning along with adequate protection of the filters themselves.
Reverse Air Collectors
Seen in many harsh, high temperature applications with large gas volumes, the filter bags are cleaned by reversing the airflow in individual compartments and blowing air back through the fabric. The simple cleaning design involves very few moving parts, resulting in low maintenance, low operating costs and extended bag life.
Continuous Cleaning Reverse Air Filters
The Reverse Air Filter II series combines proven principals to remove dust — mechanical cyclonic separation and media filtration. This filter is very commonly used in the woodworking and grain industries.
