The Mikropul Briquetter uses a tool and die press to compress stripper dust into small high density briquettes. Eliminates the need for plastic bags or expensive landfill disposal costs.

FDF (Fine Dust Filter)

The (FDF) Fine Dust Filter combines the coarse filtration capability of a cyclone with the high efficiency of a bag filter. Its two-stage separation results in a compact filter that can operate efficiency even with very high loading. Pressure drops across the media remain low and less compressed air is needed for cleaning. Energy requirements are significantly reduced.

Screw Compactor

The MikroPul Screw Compactor is a self contained helical screw conveyor designed to compact fibrous textile material. The collected fiber material falls from the stripper filter into the compactor through an opening above the screw where it is compressed and compacted for easy disposal or recycling.

Filter Bags and Cages

Top quality, OEM designed, top and bottom load needle felt filter bags in polyester, polypropylene, aramid, Teflon, P84 and PPS with or without PTFE membrane for pulse jet, shaker, and reverse air dust collectors.
