Your MikroPul representative can help you choose a design considering the following options: Below are listed the wide assortment of options MikroPul chooses from to match your cost/performance requirements.  Number of vertical wires - longitudinal wires that support the bag) - 10, 12, and 20 wires are standard. This cage, together with the Pop-Top filter bag, usually costs no more than standard designs but allows much quicker changeouts, drastically reducing installation time and process downtime. Venturis MikroPul supplies replacement venturis of all styles, shapes, and sizes. They are available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, with some designs available in Inconel. Finishes available include epoxy, electro-galvanized, nickel, Teflon ®, and other special platings and coatings. Tensioning Assemblies MikroPul offers a variety of hardware innovations for filter bag tensioning. The right tensioning hardware improves bag cleaning efficiencies and extends bag life. Self-centering Diamond Tite ® springs and double drawbars eliminate the need for washers and are easy to install. Clamps MikroPul carries a wide variety of worm-gear and quick release clamps to fit all baghouse applications. Standard material is stainless steel; high carbon steel clamps are also available.
